Here’s what to expect when you visit:

Our COVID Protocols for In-Office ER/Urgent Care Visits

We are still offering curbside service in addition to in-office service. When you call, be sure to let us know which you'd prefer.

For in-person visits:

  1. First, please call us from your car when you arrive in our parking lot (lobby doors are locked) and wait for one of our technicians to usher you and your pet into the building.
  1. Your temperature will be taken before you enter the building.
  1. Masks are required while in our facility.
  1. We will escort you and your pet to an exam room.
  1. Only one financially responsible adult (and one child) are allowed at a time inside.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Protocols

We will continue to operate pick-ups and drop-offs as curbside only.

Payment Options

Payment is required at time services are rendered. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
